Refund & Cancellation Policy

All caregiving and home care services booked through GoGecko require advance payment.

A minimum advance equivalent to 15 days of service charges may be required before deployment of a service provider.

Services will commence only after payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by GoGecko.

Clients may request cancellation of services prior to the arrival of the assigned service provider.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on:

• • Timing of cancellation
• • Operational and coordination costs
• • Service provider allocation expenses

Administrative or payment processing fees may also be deducted where applicable.

• • Completed service periods are non-refundable.
• • Refunds are not applicable where services are terminated due to violation of terms by the client.
• • Taxes, payment gateway fees, and convenience charges may not be refundable.

If a service provider becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, leave, resignation, or operational reasons, GoGecko will attempt to arrange a replacement.

Depending on availability and location, replacement may require a minimum of 3 business days.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

Refunds will typically be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

Any billing or payment-related disputes must be reported promptly through official support channels.

GoGecko reserves the right to investigate disputes before processing any refund request.
